1. WHAT IS THE TYPE OF PAPER USED IN MY PRINT?
Below are the technical specifications of the paper used in all of Motoko’s prints:

2. HOW WILL MY PRINT BE SHIPPED?
Rolled in a tube, shipped by Canada Post, expedited parcel shipping service, within Canada and internationally.
3. HOW LONG DOES CANADA POST, EXPEDITED PARCEL SHIPPING TAKE?
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is in process. Depending on the order, please allow 2–5 business days to prepare your package for shipping. Once the package is shipped, we will email you with the item tracking number. We estimate 1–7 days for the package delivery, please see below:

4. CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Yes, all packages will be shipped expedited parcel with a tracking number. We will send you an email with your shipping information including your tracking number.
5. WILL MY PRINT BE INSURED?
Yes, your print is insured by Canada Post if the item is not delivered to you or is damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us at or call at 1-604-883-9472 to let us know.
6. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRINT THAT I ORDERED?
If the print you ordered was not what you expected or you are simply not happy with the print, you must return it in the same shipping tube the print(s) came in within 30 days from your delivered date. Because the product is easily damaged by bending, creasing, spilling liquid, smudging with finger prints, etc. please HANDLE WITH CARE when you return the print(s). Upon receipt by me and after inspection to ensure the product is not damaged in any way, we will provide a full refund, subject to you paying for the return shipping cost.
7. WHAT IS A GICLÈE FINE ART PRINT?
Giclée printing is a process that uses fade-resistant, archival, permanent inks on 100% acid free archival materials to print on large format printers. The term Giclée printing is based on the French word “Le gicleur” meaning “nozzle” regarding spray or squirt. It is high quality art reproduction which guarantees an optimum platform for high quality colour and extended performance under glass.
8. WILL MY PRINT COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Yes, each print is numbered and signed by Motoko and shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity of the limited edition.
9. CAN I VISIT MOTOKO’S GALLERY ON THE SUNSHINE COAST TO PURCHASE HER ART?
Yes, you are welcome to visit the gallery and meet Motoko in person, view and shop for her original art and prints during the open season – from July to September. Motoko’s Gallery is closed from October to June for her creative season. For gallery location and operating hours, please click here.
